The Woodrose Student Award is given to deserving students who meet the required weighted-average academic grade and personal development grade (PDG).

A student is disqualified from receiving a year-end award if she has incurred any of the following within the school year:
- academic grade of 79.99% or lower
- Inadequate PDG or lower for Grade School
- Satisfactory PDG or lower for High School
